Order Processing:

  1. Order Processing takes about 2-3 business days.
  2. You will receive an email notification with your order(s) status updates.
  3. If you order multiple packages or sets, they may arrive in separate packages.
  4. At any time you might need an update, please email us with your Order#. If the order is packed/sent out, we will not be able to update you.

US Orders:

  1. Majority of our Orders will be shipped thru USPS
  2. It typically takes 2 to 3 business days for continental US destinations and up to 4 business days for Alaska and Hawaii.
